We use small amounts of Stevia and Erythritol.
They are natural sweeteners that come from plants - we use them instead of sugar, because they give sweetness without causing sugar spikes and crashes.Our natural flavours come from fruits, plants and spices. They’re vegan*, gluten free and pretty damn tasty. (Even if we do say so ourselves.)
*excluding Honey Crunch which has real honey in it

Our products are not currently Kosher, but we’re looking into changing this.
As our cereals contain sugar alcohols, our products are not Halal.

In simple terms they’re the carbs your body can use and digest. Or if you want to get more science-y about it, they’re the total carbohydrates in food minus the fiber and sugar alcohols.
Our cereals have 6-10g net carbs per 35g-40g bowl so we’re great for loads of low-carb diets.
