  How much is shipping?

  UK Shipping costs £2.99.

  Where do you ship?

  We’re only in the UK (for now) - including Northern Ireland. Plus Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

  How long will delivery take?

  Your order should get to you in 2-4 days, though it might take a little longer if we’re particularly busy. 

• 

  How do I track my parcel?

  We’ll email you a tracking link and tracking number once your cereal’s on the way.

• 

  Can I change my order/delivery address after I have already ordered?

  We can’t change your order or address once your order has been dispatched.

  If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, send a message to hello[@]eatsurreal.co.uk and hopefully we can change it in time.

  Can I cancel my order?

  Once your order has been dispatched, we can’t cancel it, but you can reject the parcel from Yodel/Royal Mail when it arrives. Let us know once it's on its way back to us we can refund your order.

  Alternatively, you can get a returns label using the link provided: Royal Mail Returns Label Generator. Make sure to email us hello[@]eatsurreal.co.uk to let us know you have returned it, and we will immediately refund you.

  My order is missing, what do I do?

  Oh no! Just message hello[@]eatsurreal.co.uk and we’ll do our best to sort things.

  There is a missing item in my order.

  Whoops. Send a photo of your order with a note about what’s missing to hello[@]eatsurreal.co.uk and we’ll get it fixed.

  I received the incorrect order, what do I do?

  Sorry about that - just send a photo of your order to hello[@]eatsurreal.co.uk with a note about what’s wrong and we’ll sort everything out.
