Managing Your Subscription

  • Nope, you can cancel anywhere, any time.

  • Yep, so if you want to make any changes, make sure to log in to your account before your next order date!

  • To skip a delivery, login to your account then, scroll down and press ‘skip’. There will be an option to skip for 2 weeks, 4 weeks and an option to gift your order to a friend :)

    If you want to skip for longer, click ‘reschedule order’ instead and select the preferred date of your next order in the calendar.

  • Your order date is your deadline.

  • You can’t pause your subscription but you can reschedule it for later down the line. 

  • Yep, just log in to your subscription portal, click ‘more’ and then ‘cancel’. This will cancel all future orders, but it won’t cancel very recent orders - so make sure to drop us an email (hello[@]eatsurreal.co.uk) if you need help with that.

  • Yep, just press the ‘next order date’ button to reschedule your next delivery.

  • Log in to your subscription account, scroll down to the bottom left corner and click ‘reactivate’. You can choose your preferred start date and your subscription will be reactivated.

  • To swap flavours, select ‘edit box products’.

  • Log into your subscription account then, select ‘edit products’. Click ‘add product to subscription’ to choose your new box.

    Once you’ve added your new box, make sure to delete your old box. To do this, select ‘edit box products’ and ‘delete box’ on your subscription dashboard.

  • Select ‘edit box products’ and click ‘delete box’.

  • Select ‘edit frequency’ at the bottom of your subscription dashboard and then select ‘apply’.

  • In your account, scroll down to your shipping information/billing and select ‘edit’. From here you can update your details. Make sure to click ‘save’.

  • In your account, select ‘next order date’ and confirm the date you want your next delivery. If you want your order ASAP, select ‘get now’.
